EJ's serves breakfast and dinner daily and is open for lunch Monday-Friday.  Breakfast features Holiday Inn's signature cinnamon swirl French toast, and our express lunch menu is specifically designed to get you in and out quickly during the lunch hour.  Also, come try our new Express Lunch Buffet on Wednesdays where you can sample our salads, pizzas, and paninis as well as other daily offerings.  Seasonal drink specials are sure to tempt you in the lounge.
